Welcome to AP Zone. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile platform, and e-commerce services. By accessing or purchasing from AP Zone, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


These Terms are drafted in compliance with the Electronic Commerce (E-Commerce) Act, 2081, the Consumer Protection Act, 2075, and other prevailing laws of Nepal.


1. Electronic Contract & Registration


  • Binding Contract: In accordance with Section 7 of the E-Commerce Act, 2081, placing an order on AP Zone constitutes a legally binding electronic contract between you (the Buyer) and AP Zone (the Seller/Platform).

  • Account Eligibility: You must provide accurate, current, and complete details during account creation or checkout.

2. Product Specifications & Pricing Transparency


Pursuant to Section 6 of the E-Commerce Act, 2081:


  • All items listed on AP Zone display complete product specifications, design, origin/manufacturer details, and warranty terms.

  • Displayed prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes under Nepalese tax laws. Any applicable delivery or handling fees are itemized transparently prior to checkout.

3. Payments & Receipts


  • Payment may be completed via cash on delivery (COD) or electronic payment instruments recognized under Nepal's payment and settlement regulations.

  • Payment collected by our designated courier or logistics partner is deemed equivalent to direct payment to AP Zone.

  • Upon payment confirmation, an electronic receipt or physical invoice will be issued immediately.

4. Delivery & Order Fulfillment


  • We are obligated to deliver ordered goods to the agreed location, within the designated delivery timeline specified at checkout.

  • You or your authorized representative must be present to receive the delivery.

  • Any adjustments to the delivery location or timing must be communicated prior to dispatch.

5. Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy


In accordance with Section 10 of the E-Commerce Act, 2081:


  • Right to Return: You have the right to return goods if they do not match the listed description, are defective, or lack the promised warranty features, provided the items remain unused and undamaged.

  • Remedies: Upon receiving a valid return, AP Zone will provide a replacement of equal value or issue a full refund (including applicable taxes) without imposing arbitrary fees.

6. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities


  • Authentic Interactions: Users are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent activities, placing fake orders, or posting manipulated, deceptive, or false ratings and reviews.

  • Lawful Use: You agree not to use the platform to source or purchase prohibited goods or services under Nepalese law.

7. Data Privacy & Confidentiality


Under Section 12 of the E-Commerce Act, 2081, AP Zone maintains strict confidentiality regarding your personal and transaction data. Data is shared solely with necessary fulfillment partners (e.g., payment portals, couriers) strictly to complete your transaction. For further details, refer to our Privacy Policy.


8. Consumer Grievance & Complaint Redressal

AP Zone maintains a dedicated grievance handling mechanism to resolve consumer issues promptly:

Complaints registered via our support channels will be acknowledged and addressed within the statutory period under applicable regulations.


9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction


These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent authorities and courts of Nepal.
